What you need to do:

- After asking a few questions we will advise you of the next step.
- We will review with you your coverages and deductibles, if any, as it pertains to your loss.
- Many of our companies will require you to speak directly with them. You will be advised at that time.

Auto Glass Claims: Most of our companies have preferred glass repair shops to make your claim go smoothly. Many of the glass repair companies will come directly to you. Company glass claim numbers are:

Auto Repair Estimates:
- Call our agency immediately to report your claim (716‑694‑7000 or 1‑888‑692‑1582)
- Get an estimate from a collision shop of your choice. Your insurance company will negotiate with the shop to an agreed price to repair your vehicle. Many of our companies have direct auto repair shops that will also make the process easier. The insurance companies have agreements with local shops who guarantee their work.
Homeowners Claims Process:

- Protect your property from further damage, such as by boarding up broken windows.
- Keep records of any temporary repairs; do not make any permanent repairs until talking with your insurance adjuster.
- Separate the damaged property from the undamaged property and begin making a written list of damaged items. It is important not to throw the damaged property out until after the adjuster has viewed the damage.
